Join us for a night of doodles and fun to help raise money for the Christina Noble Childrens Foundation, as 3 guys set of on a 10,000 mile journey to Mongolia in the doodle car.

In collaboration with Squint Opera there will be more Supermarket Sarah Shopping Parties at The Doodle Bar and a regular Friday 'Lunch and Browsing', so watch this space.

Chrimboodle Market
Come down to The Chrimboodle Market at The Doodle Bar.
There will be lots of stalls selling all sorts of Christmas prezzie stuff such as illustrations, paintings, jewellery, hand made cushions, monsters, childrens clothes, vintage clothes, books, wallets, cheeses, mince pies and more.
We've also got organic gourmet burgers and a hog roast!
In the bar we'll have djs, doodles, mulled wine and other drinks plus lots of artwork on show.
Its going to be the last Doodle Bar party of the year.

We are planning to be an events only bar so keep checking the website for the specific events that will pop up here and on the google calendar. So no longer open on Fridays. This means when we are open it will be that little more special ;)

We have a pre Edinburgh festival play entitled "PLAY".
It's a play written by and starring Tom Basden (perrier newcomer in Edinburgh 2 years ago and on Star Stories, Ch4) and also starring Tim Key (screenwipe, time trumpet), Katy Wix (Not Going Out), Anna Crilly (Lead Balloon) and Jonny Sweet (Winging it, Big Brother's Big Mouth - christ).
It's about 5 divs setting up a political party in their shed.

Popcorn Comedy @ the doodle bar 23rd July, 8pm
Popcorn Comedy presents some of the country’s finest comedians, as they showcase their own short comedy films, songs and animations. Alongside these, the night also has live sketch and stand up performances from comedians.
